Is it required that I be home when you clean my property?

No, it is not required that you be home, but please be sure to have made your yard & trash cans accessible on your service day.  If you are not home, we will introduce ourselves to your dogs.  If you are home, we’ll be happy to talk with you about your dogs, and cover any special concerns you may have. If service could not be performed because your dog would not let us in the gate or you have a physical fence with a  locked gate the customer will be charged for that day’s service visit. It is the customer’s responsibility to assure uninhibited access to the service area.  If rescheduling is not possible for the same week, service will continue the following week.

Does my dog need to be inside when you service my yard?

Not necessarily, but we make sure to discuss any information regarding your dogs the day you sign up for our service.  If your home and your dog is not aggressive then we don’t mind your dog(s) being outside while we’re servicing your yard

Will my service day ever change?

We will work in most weather including light rain and snow.   Heavy rain, snow, or declared State of Emergency will affect our scheduled service.   Some ice, extreme cold, and lightning may keep us from performing your scheduled service as well.   We do the best we can under the conditions, but if we can’t make it you will receive a phone call, text, or email.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, there is no contract and you can cancel anytime.   We do ask that you give a one (1) day notice when cancelling service. You can either call us or e-mail us your request.  You will be refunded based on your payment method.

How am I billed?

You are billed once services are performed. If you are requiring a weekly or monthly service then we will take your information and you can choose automatic monthly payment to be deducted from credit or debit card each month on a specific date.  You will then be billed each month after that on the same date for the ongoing service.  If you would like to pay by check then you may hand your payment to us if you are home while we are servicing your yard or mail it to 2074 Woodsedge Ct, Hebron KY 41048.   Make checks out to Wrigley & Clark.   Note: all checks returned are subject to a $20 fee.   We will let you know and your service will have to be suspended until the matter is resolved.

What precautions do you take to prevent the spread of germs and microbes between properties?

We use disinfectant on our tools and our shoes after each property to stop the spread of bacteria and disease.   We also offer a deodorizing spray service that will help eliminate some of the smell in your yard.

What do you do with all the waste that you scoop?

We have found that the best way for you and for us is to simply bag it up securely and place it in your non-recyclable trash can.   Note: Please be aware that dog waste is not a fertilizer.   Dog poop is very acidic and will kill your vegetation.  It is also host to countless bacteria that can be harmful to dogs and humans alike.   We suggest letting us bag it and put it in the trash can, as oppose to putting it in compost.  We do offer an add on service to take the waste with us if you would like for an additional $4 to the service you choose.

Does Wrigley & Clark’s have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied please let us know within 24 hours of your yard cleaning, and we will send someone back out to fix the situation to your satisfaction.  Based on the time of day we clean your yard, your dog(s) may have done his or her business after we have serviced your yard.  Please, make sure it is not fresh waste before contacting us to come back out.

Can I skip the service visit or suspend service for vacation?

Yes, you can if you know you’re going to be away and dogs will be gone as well. We ask that you let us know within 48 hours of your scheduled service date and we will make sure to change your service..
